Since Monday, our team is complete here in Szczecin (but we are already planning some extensions, i.e. with one to two more PHP-coders and one Flash-designer). Our team now consists of Monika (graphic designer, currently working on Unitedgardeners.com and soon designing our new company website), Wojtek S. (PHP-coder, working on an ERP-system for an egg delivery company), Wojtek Z. (PHP-coder, optimizing Lubera.ch) and Bartek (PHP-coder, coding Unitedgardeners.com).

Our team is helping our customers to launch some innovations soon. Next week, Lubera.ch will fully publish it’s new Lu-Pay payment system. Producers of garden articles can upload their articles to the Lubera-platform (which also runs at www.garten.ch). Customers can order products from different producers but can pay everything at once - so as a customer you only have to make one payment with your credit card and you can pay all producers together. Lubera gets the money then and redistributes it to the different suppliers.

Customers benefit because they can pay everything in one payment and Lubera controls the quality of the different producers - producers that do not fulfill Lubera’s product and service quality requirements are dismissed from the platform. At the end, the customer can shop easier, in a more widespread assortment, with more quality guarantees.

For Lubera, this system is one of the commercializations of its platform - the processes are highly scalable, additional producers or additional orders nearly don’t increase Lubera’s cost. As the marginal cost is nearly zero, this platform is predestinated to grow to large scale (at that time we are mostly concerned about the technical capacities of the server). To increase its reach, Lubera will launch the Unitedgardeners.com.
